As a 17 year old boy, Tommy Welchel, was on the run from the law and an abusive past in Oklahoma. He met an elderly lady who would change his life forever by exposing him to the God he never knew and to the power of God he could never forget.  Because of his time spent with her and others who were a directly part of the Azusa Street Revival, God would use him to trigger a great outpouring of the Spirit. 
As Tommy shares the testimonies, miracles, healing, signs and wonders began and continue to occur.

Rain never falls.  It keeps getting so heavy that gravity pulls it down.  That's just like the power of God.  You keep praying until it gets so heavy, you pull it down.  I'm going to keep on with these stories until it gets so heavy, we pull it down.
